PLEASE PHONE 604 997 5543 ANY TIME AFTER 11 AM TO DISGUSS OUR APPLICATION

Below you will find My Teddy Tales puppy application.  Why an application? Well we ask that all our potential adopters either fill out this form OR give us a call 604-997-5543 to discuss adoption because as reputable, ethical breeders we are responsible for each and every puppy we produce for their entire lives. We spend countless hours helping our momma dogs raise exceptional puppies. We love on each one, while showing them people are safe and fun as we desensitize them to everything the world has to offer. So our biggest concern is finding them perfect forever homes. We never want to see our babies end up in bad situations or passed from home to home or end up in a shelter or rescue situation.

Secondly we want to ensure your family gets the dog of their dreams! Our application and follow up questions are meant to help us, help you select which puppy is best for your home. After all that is why you're here looking at puppies from a reputable breeder.

There are many breeders around who will let you pick any puppy based on their looks without regard for temperament and your lifestyle which often times ends up in tears as families end up with dogs who just don't suite their families. We want to ensure you and your new best friend have a long happy life together.
